It was hard to find a good clinic and an appointment in UK, I had emailed a lot of clinic, trying to find one Doctor willing to help me, but UK's Clinic keeps rejected me because it was too much work or too complicated to them.Only Doc Tap is doing their best to help and understanding my problems. Not only the support team for booking the appointment is really helpful and fast, also the doctor is really professional and understanding.I never had such a great experience to make a medical examination, when I was emailing about the problems and questions, the support team Ara is so fast and clear to reply me, they simply relaxed me when I was so stressful about my problem. And the Dc, Lu is really helpful and friendly, she made this examination so easy for me, Her professional skill and suggestions is really great and making this clinic become the first place I will recommend to my friends.

After having quite a stressful time trying to find someone to write me a medical certificate for work, I called DocTap and it was quick and easy from there. I booked an appointment online for that same day to a surgery that was around the corner from my house. The check-in was easy and quick. My doctor was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He did his up most to help my situation and made me feel at ease. His medical certificate that he wrote for me was extremely factual and he confirmed with me what needed to be written. I am extremely happy with every point of the service with DocTap and I will be recommending to all my friends. Thank you!

First rate all round I would say. Four stars for the premises only for the followint reason: ONne simple issue, I would say, at HQ 344-354 Grays Inn Road, is that there were no doors open to be able to get in / gain access, there is no bell or similar, the only possibility of announcing yourself on the threshold was by very loud knocking on the glass doors, and hoping that somebody in reception would eventually hear you! Which the DID, eventually .... but there is nothing mentioned about this in your every complete and otherwise very efficient instructions There must surely be a better way to organise this. No problem to wait outside on a warm, sunny, summer day like today, ... it would NOT be much fun in winter in the rain!

- Being unable to get an appointment with your NHS GP surgery
- Requiring a GP in London during the working day
- Visiting London as a tourist or on work and needing a doctor
- Not having yet registered with an NHS GP surgery
- Not wanting to wait at a walk in clinic

"Our general practitioners understand that patients don't carry their full medical record everywhere with them. Our doctors will take time ensuring they understand your existing and past medical problems so they can deal with whatever issue has brought you to our clinic. Our medical records are available for other DocTap doctors to review, so if you ever need to come back your doctor can carry on from your last consultation."
